The methodology behind these best short term stocks to buy right now
I’m using simple price action to find these stocks. Any stock giving a breakout from its previous high after some consolidation can be the candidate for the best short term stocks to buy right now.
I’m using few indicators for confirmation too. Like I’m using simple moving averages (21, 50) to find the trend. RSI (14) to find the relative strength and volumes to confirm that people are participating in this breakout or not.
For any breakout, volumes play an important role that you should consider. Where Low volumes indicate a false breakout and high volumes gave a positive sign for any breakout. If you have any query about this method, feel free to type in the comment box.
I follow William O’Neil’s strategy shared in his book “How to Make Money in Stocks: A Winning System in Good Times and Bad“ for stop loss and targets. He says that after a run of around 18% – 22% and the stock would come in consolidation, and a decline by more than 8% ultimately changes its trend. So I follow 18 – 22% as a target, and 8% is the stop-loss for my trades.

The second candidate for today’s Best short term stocks to buy right now is Mmtc Limited. MMTC gave an excellent breakout from Its recent high. Volumes are quite well. RSI is at 72.63, which indicates a strong relative strength.
You can keep this stock on the radar for the short term with a possible upside of 18% to 22% from the CMP. 27 is acting as a strong support level that can be used as stop loss for any long trade in this stock.
Jindal Steel & Power Limited
